Note! If you need a new rear cog, please order the correct size separately. This accessory wheel is usually supplied with a 21-tooth cog. Jopo bikes typically use a 16-tooth rear cog

You will need
- 15 mm wrench (for the rear hub nuts)
- Flathead screwdriver (for the lockring)
- Grease or chain oil (for finishing)
Step 1: Remove the rear wheel
- Detach the brake arm (coaster brake arm) from the frame.
- Loosen the rear hub nuts.
- Pull the rear wheel out of the frame.
Step 2: Remove the lockring
- Place the tip of the screwdriver in the groove of the lockring.
- Gently pry until the lockring pops out of its groove.
- Set the lockring aside for later.
→ The cog is now loose and can be lifted off.
Step 3: Replace the cog
- Pull the old cog off.
- Place the new cog on in the correct orientation.
- Press the lockring back into the groove.
- Make sure the lockring is securely seated in the groove.
Step 4: Reinstall the wheel
- Put the chain on the cog.
- Fit the wheel into the dropouts.
- Adjust the chain tension.
- Tighten the axle nuts.
- Attach the brake arm to the frame.
